Parking Space Auction - 2024/25
EIGHT 24-HOUR RESERVED PARKING SPACES FOR AHS STUDENTS
First Round Bids are Due Friday, August 9th, 2024
Dear AHS Community, 
We are very excited to welcome you back to campus for the 2024-2025 school year! 
The AHS Foundation was established as a fundraising and grant-awarding organization working in conjunction with the AHS Administration and school clubs and organizations. The Foundation supports the four pillars of Alpharetta High School as a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. 
One of the major fundraising events is our exciting annual Parking Space Auction. Each year the AHS Foundation provides an opportunity to bid on these highly coveted 8 reserved parking spaces. 100% of the funds raised through the winner’s donations will be used to support Alpharetta High School through the efforts of the AHS Foundation.
Here is your opportunity to bid!  Simply submit your bid before Friday, August 9, 2024 by 10:00pm. 
To qualify, your student must have a valid driver’s license and insurance and complete the AHS Parking Contract Documentation.

The spaces in the first aisle of student parking (closest to the Fine Arts building) will be awarded to the top 8 bidders for entire 2024-2025 school year. Once purchased, parking passes are non-refundable, and subject to all applicable parking rules at Alpharetta High School. Alpharetta High School will supervise these dedicated parking spots closely. ​

The winner will receive:
Painted and labeled parking space signage
Individual parking stickers for each of your family’s vehicles.

The Process
Round One
  • Submit your bid using AHS Foundation Google Form
  • Minimum bid is $500
  • You will get an email confirmation of your bid.
  • Submissions are due Friday August 9, 2024 at 10:00 p.m.
Round Two
  • The top 10 bidders (and only the top 10) will be sent an email no later than Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. disclosing the highest and lowest bid based upon first round results.
  • Those 10 bidders will be given an opportunity to raise their bid based upon first round results.
  • The 2nd round bid must be received by 6:00pm Sunday, August 11, 2024. Please note if second-round bid is not received, your 1st round bid will be used in 2nd evaluation.
  • The 8 winners will be notified directly via email by Sunday, August 11,  2024 at 8:00 p.m. With instructions on payment and how to claim your…  New-Reserved Parking Space!
