  • Since 2018, Alpharetta has been an International Baccalaureate World School authorized to offer the Diploma Programme to eligible Juniors and Seniors. 
  • The U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools 2023-24 Report ranked AHS: Top 400 Nationally,  #7 in Metro Atlanta, and  #10 in Georgia.
  • The Washington Post Challenge Index ranks AHS as one of the top 400 most rigorous high schools in the nation.
  • AHS offers twenty Honors Courses in Math, Science, English, & World Languages and offers thirty Advanced Placement courses.
  • AHS has seen a steady increase in both ACT scores and SAT scores, a testament to the continued dedication of its students and teachers to achieve academic excellence.
  • Our 2023 graduating class earned $6.7 million in scholarships.
  • For 2023 AHS Graduation rate was 97%.​
