Senior parents, it is time to plan for graduation, and you
have an opportunity to be close and up front!
The AHS Foundation is offering an opportunity support our school AND enjoy premium seating at your seniors graduation: Reserved up front seats and two VIP parking passes. You will not need to arrive early and will be in the perfect spot to capture one of your student’s most important moments. The AHS Foundation will hold an EMAIL silent auction for 3 sets of 12 graduation seats in rows 3, 4, and 5 at Ameris Bank Amphitheater for the Alpharetta High School graduation ceremony on May 23rd.
The Process:
There will be two rounds of bidding:
Round one:
· Email your bid with your name, your senior's name and the amount of the bid to [email protected].
· You will get an email confirmation of your bid.
· Submissions are due by Saturday, May 18th by 11:59pm
Round two:
· The top 10 bidders (and only the top 10) will be sent an email no later than May 19th disclosing the high and the low bids and giving those individuals with the 10 highest bids the opportunity to change their bid via email.
· Bidders will be given an opportunity to raise their bid based on the first round results.
· Return the 2nd round bid by May 20th by 8:00 pm and the three (3) highest bids in order will be granted row 3, row 4 and row 5.
Winners will be notified directly and announced on May 21st by 1:00 PM in advance of the graduation ceremony.
The Benefit/Result: The AHS Foundation raises over $50,000 per year to support activities at Alpharetta High School for Academics, Arts, Athletics and Altruism. This year, six scholarships were awarded through the AHS PTSA scholarship program. Each year, funds raised from the graduation seats auction help support these scholarships. Direct donations to the AHS Foundation are gladly accepted and are tax deductible.
